In the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role, you will assist in expanding our recruiting processes while gaining exposure through the business.  What you’ll be doing:
  • Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience; act as an advocate for both candidates and the organization
  • Partner with the broader Talent Acquisition team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
  • Use data and your instincts to identify inefficiencies and improve your process and pipeline
  • Assist the broader Talent Acquisition team by performing basic screening of job applicants over the phone to ascertain whether they meet the minimum requirements of the open position as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
  • Dive into sourcing to seek out, engage, and nurture relationships with diverse talent
  • Perform backup interview scheduling/coordination as needed as well as greeting candidates and facilitating meetings/interviews in the conference rooms in office
  • Attend and provide logistical and administrative support for job fairs and college recruiting events
  • Develop, maintain, and cultivate relationships with colleges, networking groups, and local organizations that could improve our brand/marketing in the community as well as broadcast our openings and increase applicant flow

What you should have:
  • 2+ years of HR administrative or recruitment-related experience
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred but not required)
  • Experience with professional platforms and social channels, especially LinkedIn
  • Proven ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature utilizing strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
  • Strong focus and proven success in candidate experience
  • Experience working in data-driven environments
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, problem-solving, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or collaborate as a team member
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice to have: 

  • Experience identifying and sourcing candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches; familiarity with various sourcing tools/techniques

Essential Job Functions:
  • Regular, on-time attendance
  • Regular attendance in the Austin office 3 days a week
  • Ability to travel to recruiting events up to 20% of the time
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone
  • Ability to use office computer programs such as e-mail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
