PMG is searching for a highly organized, motivated, and analytical individual who is passionate about People to provide additional support to our Recruiting team.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidate interviews
  • Coordinate candidate travel
  • Create candidate itineraries
  • Communicate with candidates via Applicant Tracking System (ATS) about interviews
  • Coordinate background checks
  • Partner with the Recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate interview experience
  • Partner with the business on any scheduling changes or updates
  • Partner with Recruiting Operations on data clean-up
  • Partner with Recruiting Operations to monitor PMG assets for accuracy
  • Support Campus Recruiting, Graduate Leadership Programs, or other People & Culture initiatives as required
  • Other duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, talent acquisition coordination, or executive administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Interest in process improvement
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1/C2)
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders across levels
