Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator for our challenging, fast-paced environment. The Recruiting Coordinator position offers an opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to attract the best talent available to support the design and creation of the most groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those that exist today and those that will shape tomorrow. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator, you will be using your skills and expertise to support our enterprise-wide recruiting efforts. You'll be responsible for assisting on full-cycle recruiting, documenting, tracking job applicants in an applicant tracking system, coordinating and scheduling candidate travel and interviews, and coordinating hiring events.
Sierra Space, based in Louisville, Colorado with operations in Madison, Wisconsin, Durham, North Carolina, and Kennedy Space Center, Florida, designs and manufactures advanced spacecraft, satellites, propulsion and environmental systems, spacecraft subsystems and components for the U.S. government (including NASA), commercial customers and international organizations. Must-haves:

• H.S. diploma or GED equivalent (A higher level degree may substitute for experience)
• Typically a minimum of 2 years relevant Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition experience
• Relevant work experience may substitute for required education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, precise, and highly organized
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Wide degree of creativity and proactive problem solving skills

Preferred:

• Demonstrated experience and ability to schedule and track large volumes of candidates for interviews
• Demonstrated experience generating and interpreting candidate and requisition reports
• Prior experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems
• Workday HRMS experience
