This role is designed for a high-performance recruiter who can independently manage a fast-paced, high-volume hiring pipeline within a growing AI-driven healthcare startup. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring consistent candidate flow, and delivering measurable hiring outcomes on a strict biweekly cadence. The position requires strong execution skills, speed, and the ability to manage large applicant volumes efficiently across multiple channels. You will play a direct role in supporting business growth by ensuring critical roles are filled on time and with quality candidates. Working in a remote, distributed environment, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders while maintaining full ownership of your hiring targets. This is a results-driven role where your output directly impacts operational and organizational scaling.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting pipeline across multiple job boards, handling high-volume inbound applications efficiently and consistently.
  • Review, screen, and advance candidates quickly, ensuring timely processing of applications without delays or bottlenecks.
  • Own and deliver a hiring target of four qualified hires every two-week cycle in alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth communication and candidate experience.
  • Publish, refine, and optimize job postings based on performance metrics and recruitment feedback.
  • Maintain clean and organized pipelines across platforms such as Indeed and other job boards.
  • Support onboarding processes by ensuring new hires are properly set up and assisting in training coordination.
  • Identify process gaps in recruitment and proactively implement improvements to increase efficiency and throughput.
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination roles.
    • Proven experience managing high-volume hiring pipelines across job boards such as Indeed or similar platforms.
    • Strong ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with clarity and professionalism.
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
    • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to work toward and be accountable for weekly hiring targets.
    • Ability to work effectively across time zones in a remote, fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
    • Nice to have: experience in healthcare or healthtech recruitment, high-volume staffing, onboarding coordination, or familiarity with AI tools in recruiting workflows.
