Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Arthrex Talent Acquisition Team continues to grow and has an opening for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator works in partnership with assigned Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage an efficient workflow for the successful hiring and onboarding process for new employees and assist with other HR functions as necessary. Our ideal candidate will come equipped with high energy, attention to detail and strong communication skills. Administrative experience is required along with strong MS Office skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Displays professionalism, quality service and a "can do" attitude to internal employees, departments of Arthrex as well as external candidates, clients, and vendors via electronic correspondence, over the telephone and in-person.
  • Reduce recruitment turnaround time to ensure timely placement of candidates for open positions on an as needed basis through constant engagement with Talent Acquisition Specialist(s), hiring manager and candidates.
  • Assists the Talent Acquisition team with candidate scheduling, travel arrangements, posting of requisitions and job placement ads.
  • Pre/post-employment checks including: the coordination of drug screen paperwork, background checks, reference checks and providing regular updates to all necessary parties in a timely manner.
  • Compilation of daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports to support metrics for operational/business improvement
  • Complies metrics/information for the Talent Acquisition team including turnover, advertisement spend, cost per hire, cost for training, hiring and turnover rate for manufacturing, and average cost to fill manufacturing position.
  • Manage various recruitment reports/trackers, data/spreadsheet and spend analysis.
  • Assists with/attends job fairs and other recruiting related events hosted by the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assists with online sourcing of candidates.
  • Inspection of requisition folders and confirms all items are completed and correct prior to filing.
  • Assists with Arthrex's Affirmative action plan including tracking applicant data, assisting with compiling appropriate information for hires, promotions, and transfers. Ensures that all hiring activities follow legal and Company standards.
  • Assists with the training and onboarding of new Talent Acquisition support staff team members.

  • The individual who holds this position exemplifies the Arthrex mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • May manage Employee Referral Program, Retention Bonus program or other bonus programs.
  • Assist with the coordination of the Arthrex Internship program.
  • May assist with Talent Acquisition budget management, reconciling invoices and PO processing and ordering and shipping of office or job fair supplies across the US as needed.
  • May assist with pre-screens with candidates by phone and in person as appropriate.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative assistant experience required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, project, research, organizational and interpersonal skills with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, assigned Talent Acquisition Specialist(s), as well as employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management.
  • Ability to professionally communicate to internal and external customers in a variety of styles to include email, text, and voice communications in person or digitally, to include maintaining a professional social media presence.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and forms and knows organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Success Factors or another applicant tracking system is a plus.
