Job Description

Equinox is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This person will be primarily helping with the Pilates and Spa departments. The Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team by managing applicant tracking systems, coordinating candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, and supporting hiring partners as needed. This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders while managing data, systems, and moving priorities.

  • System administrator of multiple Applicant Tracking System: SmartRecruiters & Ultipro (UKG) Recruiting ​
  • Partner with talent partners and hiring managers to support hiring activities and timelines
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, ensuring new hire information is accurately entered into systems
  • Support pre-employment steps such as documentation, system access requests, and start-date coordination
  • Partner with HR or People Operations teams as required
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function where needed
  • Audit of Applicant Tracking System: Job postings, templates & welcome letters ​
  • Assist with ATS training (virtual or in person)
  • Projects as assigned ​
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Min 2 years experience in related field dynamic-supporting a large Talent Acquisition team is preferred
  • Proven Experience with ATS systems required (preferably SmartRecruiters, or UKG Pro)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage candidates, clients, and team
  • Ability to interact with and influence senior operations leaders
  • Sense of urgency to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment and achieve KPIs
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, wage and salary trends, job posting, networking events, in-person presentations, referral programs, and headhunting
  • Proven success with high volume task management
  • An “always on” mentality in support of the business and recruitment objectives

Pay Transparency: $38 Hourly
