The Director, Talent Acquisition at Resideo is a key high-visible role responsible of leading and executing the overall recruitment strategy for the company. You will partner with senior level Business and Human Resources leaders to gain deep understanding of the business priorities and translate into a talent acquisition strategy to enable the attraction of key talent. Drive impactful changes in the talent acquisition model as a key pillar of Resideo's HR strategy.

You will provide strategic leadership and oversight to the global Products & Solutions Talent Acquisition team. You understand current talent market landscape and leverage insights to shape our go to market talent strategy while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within your team and across the global Talent Acquisition Organization. You will establish a strong communication channel and define governance across Talent Acquisition aligned with Resideo's values and goals. With a strong business mindset this leader will bring a proactive planning focus to Talent Acquisition ensuring our defined SLA's and KPIs are met: Diverse Slates, Balanced Recruiter workloads, Req aging management, Time to Fill & Quality of candidates.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Design and execute Global Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with the vision and goals of the business and Talent Acquisition Organization that allow the organization to continue to attract and hire top talent during periods of growth and attrition with high candidate and hiring team experience
  • Develop and maintain professional consultative relationships with Business and HR leaders while gaining an understanding their business and identification of value-added talent strategies in order to anticipate and plan for future hiring trends and communicate these needs and expectations to the internal teams
  • Partner closely with HR and Business leaders to develop recruiting targets and provide market intelligence for consideration across global markets
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Centers of Excellences to support execution of our Diversity & Inclusion priorities and drive or participate in recruiting-related initiatives and projects that position Resideo as an employer of choice for all talent or improve global processes and user experience
  • Manage external recruiting agency relationships
  • Analyze data to determine effective strategies for successful hiring
  • Engage in internal and external research, as well as benchmarking/ best practices to surface innovative ways of working inclusive of new technology solutions for consideration across the Global Talent Acquisition Organization

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition including broad experience of direct recruitment (third party vendor management, in-house, external search partner), brand marketing and channel management, diversity, operations and compliance across multiple functions in a complex matrixed organization

  • Experience proactively setting strategies, driving change and building functional and competitive capabilities in alignment with changing business, technology and marketplace/workplace trends
  • Demonstrated project management capability, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and programs and drive organizational changes. Anticipates and solves problems effectively.
  • Stellar written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to positively communicate with all levels in the organization in an effective manner
