About the Team

TA Workforce Strategy is a new group on the Talent Acquisition team. We deliver value to TA by enabling the insights to plan for hiring needs, make strategic investments and develop and enable measurement of key metrics & process. As a new team, we are building solutions that contribute to a functional transformation.

About the Role

To support this transformation, we are hiring a Sr Manager of TA Insights, who will be charged with building best in class TA dashboards and reporting to glean meaningful insights for hiring including performance metrics and process assessments. As our first and best customer, the Sr Manager, TA Insights will partner cross functionally and lead a team to design and enable TA with dashboards that effectively measure and monitor performance. This position reports to the Director of TA Workforce Strategy.

Establish Governance

• Align roles - Partner with People Analytics, People Operations and TA leader to establish & follow processes for report creation and issue mgmt.
• Establish reporting norms- Establish consistency across core reporting, metric definition, and measurement
• Intake & Issue Management - Balance being in service to TA team with delivering projects on time

TA Insights Roadmap Management

• Planning - Partner with TA leader to prioritize, plan work and deliver projects on time
• Project Planning & Mgmt - Break high scope projects into project milestones & deliverables and communicate progress to key stakeholders
• Get work done through others - Measure & Manage work for a team of business analysts and cross functional partners

Best in Class Dashboard & Reporting Capability

• Expert at Dashboard & Reporting design - Lead a team that develops mockup and determined requirements to partner with People Analytics to build solutions; Expert at simplifying complexity by translating business needs into dashboards & reporting
• Data Visualization - Make data visually compelling for all audiences and lead team to translate data into compelling "state of the art" visualization
• Data Architect - Develop agile data attributing strategies to seamlessly aggregate & reporting key metrics in meaningful business

Leadership

• Partner TA Insight Analysts who translate business strategy into mock-ups and detailed requirements for projects and lead roll out & enablement
• Collaborate with TA leaders and cross functional teams to develop solutions that deliver value by reducing ad hoc reporting and make gleaning TA insights fun!

About You

Do you love partnering and leading others to translate strategy, business goals & benchmarks into compelling dashboards and reporting? We are looking for a builder who thrives in creating solutions in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven 5 plus years of experience in leading teams who design and deliver best in class reporting & dashboard solutions
• Passionate about simplifying complexity through dashboards
• Keen ability to design solutions that give teams what they need as compared to they request
• Leader passionate about developing workmates and skilled managing and measuring work
• Experienced in communicating complex information in simple terms
• Experience with Workday reporting, Prism or other reporting tools
• Experience establishing data structure to enable value add reporting

• TA or HR dashboard/reporting design
