Code and Theory’s Remote Internship Program is ideal for rising college seniors, recent grads, and career changers who are looking for hands-on experience at a digital-first creative agency. 

We are now accepting applications for our remote, 12 week, paid internship program across many of our departments. 

The Talent Acquisition Team at Code and Theory is the first touchpoint for candidates coming into a global agency of digital strategists, creatives, producers, developers, and more.

The Talent Acquisition Intern is a vital part of our team, facilitating meaningful experiences for candidates throughout their recruitment journey, from initial introduction through hiring. They will be comfortable handling shifting priorities and multiple communication channels, with guidance and support from the Talent Acquisition team. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own recruitment for intern level positions 
• Schedule interviews internally with hiring managers and externally with candidates using our Greenhouse ATS and Google calendars
• Support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and engaging a pipeline of candidates for open roles

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

• Learn about the various roles at Code and Theory and the larger digital and creative agency landscape
• How to write compelling job descriptions
• How to source though LinkedIn and other platforms
• How to collaborate with a recruitment team and partner with Hiring Managers

ESSENTIALS 

• Strong interest in recruiting in a creative and tech agency environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Strong follow-up skills, balancing the interests of both candidates and Code and Theory
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, as well as to think beyond what’s expected
• Detailed oriented and willingness to learn
• Nice to have: Experience scheduling across multiple time zones and Greenhouse ATS experience
