Talent Acquisition Intern

Description & Requirements

At Infor, our recruiting teams are focused on attracting top talent into the organization and building a diverse and inclusive global culture. The Talent Acquisition Intern will work closely with Infor's Early Talent Recruiting team, providing a hands-on opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of talent acquisition, fostering professional growth and development. This internship will have key contributions to our local campus engagement, planning Early Talent events, and building Infor's brand awareness.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Create and maintain partnerships with local universities to boost Infor's brand awareness on campus to strengthen Campus hiring initiatives.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending onboarding events for Early Talent new hires.
• Develop LinkedIn engagement posts promoting Infor's Early Talent program.
• Learn how to effectively leverage recruiting tools such as our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent Insights.
• Collaborate with Early Talent recruiters to assist with current hiring needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree or certification program.
• English communication skills including oral, written, presentation, and active listening.
• Ability to complete full 12-week internship working 40 hours per week (May/June-August 2024).
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience.
• Exposure to human resources practices.
