Job Description
Brookfield Properties has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Intern on-site at the corporate office in Chicago, IL.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will be responsible for assisting the recruiting team to support key recruitment strategies that will attract and retain top talent. You will be responsible assisting in the day to day recruitment activities and initiatives to support staffing for all corporate and field positions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team for full cycle talent recruitment, sourcing and recruitment activities
- Partner with other Human Resource partners in order to understand the business unit, workforce planning strategies to create partnerships that ensures a seamless hiring process.
- Assist recruiters with scheduling and logistics for interviews
- Provide guidance to employees on general benefit and data questions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Currently enrolled in College or University (2024 Graduation Date Preferred)
- Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word highly preferred
