Overview:

Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC (“KBRA”), a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (“NRSRO”) is seeking a commercially savvy, process- and metrics-oriented talent acquisition professional who will optimize talent placement into our growing organization.  You will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, keen on collaboration and have a strong work ethic. This position will be based out of our New York office, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.    

Responsibilities:

• Liaise among business leaders and hiring managers in Technology, external recruiters, sourced candidates, and colleagues within Human Resources to provide an amazing end-to-end hiring process.
• Partner with Technology hiring managers to assess hiring priorities and effectiveness of external recruiter engagements.
• Design, implement and manage an external recruiter selection and engagement process and SLAs. 
• Manage a proactive feedback loop with hiring managers and third-party sourcing firms.
• Coordinate among internal recruiting selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. 
• Recommend end-to-end improvements of KBRA’s talent acquisition lifecycle that elevate hiring managers’ and candidates’ experiences.
• Consult hiring managers on talent marketplace trends and data and implement winning recruiting strategies and hiring best practices.
• Readily provide metrics-based progress updates to leaders and hiring managers.
• For select positions, proactively optimize the fill rate by direct sourcing and generating a strong candidate pipeline of diverse, qualified talent who share KBRA’s values in innovation, collaboration, and integrity.   
• For select positions, execute all facets of full cycle recruiting process from the sourcing strategy meeting and candidate screening through to offer and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition organizations as a recruiter and leading talent acquisition operations and vendor relationship management and/or HRBP 
• Talent acquisition experience related to financial services or related industries strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate processes and activities to executive leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to engage and influence employee and candidates of all representations at all levels
• Experience working within fast-paced organizations during periods of growth and change
