Job Description

The Head of Talent Acquisition role will act as a true partner to the business and will be accountable for finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring talent that will allow Exiger to meet its objectives. The role is a combination of strategy, senior stakeholder management, change management, continuous improvement, and direct oversight and execution of recruitment. This role will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer for Exiger, is a member of the Talent & Culture leadership team, and will oversee a team of recruiters throughout Exiger while also contributing to the day-to-day work as part of the team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with executives and key partner groups to ensure the organization has the top talent to serve the needs of the business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design & deliver a robust, strategic recruiting agenda focused on advancing the business goals
  • Drive innovative and creative talent strategies and initiatives to identify and hire diverse talent
  • Build and manage an effective holistic recruiting framework to include shared models, processes, and best practices
  • In partnership with the Talent & Culture team, seek out, define and develop talent attraction programs for all businesses within Exiger and innovative approaches and tools to enhance the recruiting process and enable hiring managers and recruiters to attract world-class diverse talent
  • Use data to develop insights and drive and inform decision-making with key stakeholders
  • Have a deep understanding of recruiting KPIs, volume, reporting, and necessary analytics and data to drive business decisions around workforce and capacity planning: assess critical factors; provide accurate data/insights for ROI clarification for headcount decisions
  • Serve as a pro-active and consultative trusted advisor to executives by facilitating top business staffing discussions, developing strategic hiring plans, and managing business forecasts
  • Work with management throughout Exiger to understand current and future workforce needs and develops improvements to processes that include strategic sourcing, pipeline development, assessment, and selection
  • Develop and partner on employer branding strategies to attract world-class talent. This may include leading and/or supporting initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, campus recruiting, internship and entry-level programs, and onboarding programs.
  • Build and maintains a network and pipeline of active and passive candidates for the organization in priority and alignment with recruiting strategy
  • Manage supplier and services contracts, budgets, and usage and strives to reduce costs
  • Support employee visa/immigration processing, including working with internal and external legal counsel on matters requiring the utmost discretion.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to develop a high-performing team
  • A people-oriented facilitator that values input across multiple perspectives, can synthesize ideas and is comfortable not having all the answers
  • Prepared to dive in and produce work as a team member in addition to managing the work of the team (recruiting, onboarding, etc.)

This position has frequent contact with all levels of employees and management. In addition, this role may interact with outside business partners, vendors, consultants, and other office visitors.
Required
Education, Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience successfully supporting a complex organizational structure
  • 3+ years of experience building, leading and developing a high-performing recruiting team
  • Expert knowledge of executive recruitment market practices: able to consistently and proactively identify and attract top talent at all levels by utilizing advanced recruiting techniques, and training a team on how to do this
  • Demonstrated track record of success creating and executing a results-driven recruiting strategy within a fast-moving, highly dynamic global technology and/or software and solutions company
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities and can create strategic options for addressing problems/opportunities and achieving desired outcomes
  • Proven success at building relationships and credibility quickly at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to influence recruitment strategies, forecasts, and staffing decisions with key business stakeholders
  • Experience leveraging data to communicate to executives, identify strengths and opportunities within processes/programs, and guide a team to exceptional performance
  • Strong people management experience focused on the attraction, development, and retention of key talent
  • Passion for always being in the know of the latest trends and recruiting best practices
  • Unique ability to mind the details, while never losing sight of the big picture
  • Working knowledge of Workday is a plus along with sourcing, assessment, and branding tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems or software including Greenhouse
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, and meet critical and established deadlines; Ability to manage multiple assignments and transactions simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion in the performance of daily activities
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and constant interruptions; Ability to adjust priorities in a changing environment
