Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description
As a member of the People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the recruitment process and people analytics and reporting for the firm. This individual will have an interest in learning about other areas of talent management, including, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and training and development. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven, high integrity professional who is energized and passionate about talent management and adept at building trusting relationships, internally and externally. The individual will report to the Head of People & Culture.
Responsibilities- Lead the recruitment and selection process, partnering with hiring managers and external recruiters to source, attract, and select exceptional talent
- Build new sourcing relationships to expand and diversify our talent sourcing map
- Own people analytics and reporting; manage, collect, monitor and analyze people data from a variety of sources (e.g. survey data, talent and hiring metrics); synthesize data findings to create and share insights
- Work with leaders and managers to foster and champion SCS’s culture (values and behaviors)
- Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees to provide coaching and guidance on our talent management processes, answer questions, and assist in employee relations matters
- Contribute to other talent management areas in collaboration with the P&C team and managers as needed
- 5-10 years’ experience in talent acquisition/recruiting; financial services firms preferred
- Experience driving a recruitment process with various hiring managers concurrently while delivering high quality support services
- Experience operating with highly confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Proactive problem solver; demonstrated autonomy and accountability when executing on work
- Passion for service, collaborative, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, including managing expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data; possess ability to tell a story using data
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business or related field preferred
- Master’s degree and related field a plus
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Greenhouse (ATS), Rippling (HRIS), or Lattice (performance management) preferred
