We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Raleigh to join us in fulfilling our mission, while utilizing our values of excellence, improvement, and connection. As the lead recruiter on the Enact Talent & Culture Team, you will utilize your creativity and industry expertise to develop and execute full life cycle recruitment strategies that support Enact's business priorities and culture. You will have responsibility for executive, professional, and early career recruiting across all functions and business lines (Mortgage Insurance and Reinsurance).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a strategic recruiting consultant and business partner to internal clients
  • Design and implement aggressive sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies including targeted diversity recruitment strategies
  • Utilize innovative and creative recruitment methodologies in a cost effective and timely manner with the aim of limiting outside recruiting agency fees
  • Manage 3rd party vendor relationships, as needed
  • Lead Enact's participation at targeted career fairs, professional networking conferences and related events
  • Track candidates for compliance and to measure and report on applicant flow and source effectiveness
  • Negotiate with candidates, clearly communicate Enact's compensation philosophy and structure, and provide feedback on marketplace expectations and trends
  • Build relationships with internal talent to help with succession planning and advising on internal moves
  • Proactively generate and drive process improvements to achieve more cost-effective and timely recruitment while always seeking to improve the customer and candidate experiences
  • Actively participant in Enact community events with aim to reinforce brand as a top local employer
  • Foster collaborative relationships with targeted professional organizations and universities to attract top-quality candidates

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of skill sets and experience levels
  • Prior agency / search firm recruiting experience
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills and ability to attract passive candidates and build proactive pipelines through cold calling and networking
  • Proven success in building targeted diversity recruitment strategies - including partnerships with diversity-aligned professional and community organizations and Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs)
  • Track record of developing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates
  • Expertise in competency and behavioral interviewing, digital interviewing, assessment, and pre-hire testing • Applied experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting related technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience including delivering formal presentations to senior organizational leadership
  • Track record of initiating and driving process improvements • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • High level of initiative with a drive for results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Future willingness to travel 2-3 days per quarter with occasional overnight travel (conferences, recruiting events, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national level for multiple locations
  • International recruiting experience
