Job Summary

Our HQ Team is looking to build on our biggest strength: our teammates! As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent for our organization.

You will collaborate with the Human Resources department and develop effective strategies to meet the staffing needs of all of our call center operations. Your role will involve leading teams at all of our call center sites, developing strategy, processes and procedures, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. If you can develop strategy AND roll up your sleeves with the team to execute great results, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed weekly hiring goals.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for call center and BPO positions for our contact centers in California, Mexico and Nicaragua.
  • Lead the recruiting team at all of our contact centers.
  • Establish best practices, lead forecasting and reporting based on inputs from functional department heads, and develop processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with account managers and call center managers to understand their hiring needs and objectives.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Provide training, coaching and feedback to all members of the recruiting team.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Identify, coordinate and administer the appropriate assessments, tests, and other selection tools to assess candidates' competencies and suitability for specific roles.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates and account managers.
  • Work with HR and the Talent Acquisition Department to ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Maintain and enhance Tri Source's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to leverage their expertise and expand the candidate pool.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions to proactively address talent acquisition challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR and account managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and necessary documentation.
  • Monitor and track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Up to 25% travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or similar role within the call center or BPO industry.
  • Excellent team management skills with a track record of exceeding recruitment objectives.
  • Knowledge of call center and BPO operations, job roles, and skill requirements.
  • Strong familiarity with best sourcing techniques and tools to attract candidates.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, account managers, executives and external recruitment agencies.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify recruitment challenges and implement effective solutions.
