Job Description

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the recruiting function. In this role you will lead a team of recruiters and will maintain an active requisition load. You will own the recruitment process and work strategically with key stakeholders to deliver a world class recruitment function. You will have a consultant's mindset coupled with the expertise to guide a team and think strategically to work with different areas of the business.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, HR Business Partners and hiring teams, providing expert recruitment guidance across the business.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Recruiting for a variety of open positions, typically at a more senior level
  • Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, with a view to continuously improving practice, whilst delivering a consistent and positive candidate and client experience
  • Actively contributing to the Enterprise's talent acquisition efforts by sharing best practices and collaborating with other HR/talent team members
  • Providing accurate reporting and consistent analysis across a key range of talent related metrics and objectives
  • Ensuring consistency and quality of practice across the team and portfolio of requisitions
  • Advising on best practice on areas such as DEI in the hiring process and selection
  • Influencing business stakeholders and the TA team to ensure a collaborative partnership that aligns to business strategy and key objectives

Qualifications & Experience:

  • You will possess 7+ years of progressive experience in the field of talent acquisition.
  • Experience of leading a recruiting team within a complex business environment and a track-record of delivering talent best practice and hiring solutions.
  • Ability to guide the business on hiring decisions & recruitment methods.
  • Exhibit resilience with the expertise to challenge & influence stakeholders at all levels to continuously improve candidate & hiring manager experiences.
  • Lead with data and possess the ability to make data-driven decisions.
