Job Description
We are actively looking to hire our next Talent Acquisition Manager to join the #1 fastest growing CPA firm in the US (Centri - #1 fastest growing firm in the US).  At Centri, we provide the highest quality advisory consulting services to our clients by being reliable and responsive to their needs. This Manager will work with our hiring managers to develop and implement creative, proactive and effective recruiting strategies related to short and long term recruitment needs. Also, you will work with a variety of our teams in emerging industries such as Cannabis, Life Sciences, Technology, Digital Assets, and eSports.

Responsibilities:
- Hiring fulltime candidates to fulfill the hiring needs of the firm, including but not limited to, interacting with and developing relationships with candidates, screening applicants, reviewing resumes for interview selection and managing the offer process
- Work with the hiring managers to develop and implement creative, proactive and effective recruiting strategies related to short and long term recruitment needs; this includes competitive intelligence, researched-based candidate pipeline development and proactive network generation
- Responsible for driving and managing the recruiting pipeline and reporting on results to leadership
- Working with hiring managers and firm leadership to determine hiring strategy for filling positions in designated offices and service lines
- Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members as necessary to execute a consistent strategy; collaborate with other HR functions and resource management in designated offices
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role; preferably within a professional services environment
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with an ability to coordinate multiple projects and processes
- Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, time and project management and presentation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external colleagues
Physical Requirements:Â
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Â
- Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times.Â
- Must be able to travel up to 25%.Â
