Overview:

As e-TeleQuote continues to grow both in the US and internationally, we're looking for a talented, charismatic Recruiting Manager who understands our business and the talent market to attract and onboard licensed insurance agents and multifunctional non-agent corporate roles, putting our brand, culture, and values first. The person will be a part of a vital Talent Acquisition team and partner directly with all company stakeholders to ensure the success of our global company's hiring efforts. The role is best suited for creative-minded leaders with deep recruitment experience, demonstrated ability to lead and direct others, a passion for data and insights, and the ability to operate well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Our company mission is to help Medicare beneficiaries select the right Medicare plan for their needs. We are dedicated to the goal of making Medicare selection easy through our brand easyMedicare. We're entering the year with a strong base of hundreds of U.S.-based licensed insurance sales agents; recruitment strategies to onboard hundreds more; and a cross-functional, global support network to support advanced operational and corporate activities. With such high growth, we are thoughtfully advancing our HR support structure to meet the diverse and sophisticated needs of our multi-continent employee population.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentor, and guide Onboarding Specialist to support the hiring and onboarding of all corporate, and licensed insurance agent hires pre-hire to day 90.
  • Champion for best practices in healthy, happy onboarding for individuals seeking a high-reward role
  • Source, screen resumes, and interview qualified candidates for all multifunctional corporate roles.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to hiring managers to deliver against recruiting KPIs.
  • Inspires recruiter creativity within the team of recruiters by introducing them to new and innovative methods or channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Plan and execute recruiting events and campaigns that attract quality talent.
  • Develops strong partnerships with key business leaders and stakeholders and actively consults with business leaders regarding industry trends and labor market insights.
  • Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, areas of opportunity, and improve processes.
  • Fosters a culture within Talent Acquisition team that promotes, recognizes and rewards continuous-improvement, best practice sharing and "outside the box" thinking


Requirements

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in managing a team of recruiters, and/or onboarding team, and 5+ years' combination of agency or corporate in-house recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with health insurance industry, or licensed agent experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Paylocity preferred
  • Demonstrated experience and satisfaction working in a group and as an autonomous member of a team

Physical Requirements:
  • This is currently a remote position; however, office presence and travel to company sites may be required. Our site locations are: Ft. Lauderdale, Brooksville, FL, Clearwater, FL, or Las Vegas, NV. Our company headquarters is in Clearwater, Florida
  • Ability to lift or move office products and supplies, up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
