Our team is looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of companywide Talent Acquisition initiatives, ensuring our success in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier candidates to accelerate our business growth. In addition to leading our recruiting team, this position will implement innovative candidate sourcing strategies, define reporting metrics and use data driven insights to improve team processes, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to enhance their recruiting and interviewing skills.
Responsibilities
- Redefine our recruiting cycle to accelerate our acquisition of top talent across all departments.
- Implement standardized evaluation criteria and interview frameworks to maintain consistency in candidate assessment.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the unique requirements and dynamics of each role, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Strategically enhance and promote Lexington Medical’s employer brand through compelling storytelling, social media, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent, utilizing diverse channels and technologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop a keen eye for top talent, build strong pipelines, conduct screening calls, and nurture relationships with potential candidates using innovative strategies.
- Reflect and iterate on the hiring process to improve efficiency, quality of assessment, and ability to close candidates.
- Provide a delightful experience to every candidate, regardless of hiring outcome.
- Mentor and manage a high performing team of recruiters.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Demonstrated success in partnering, coaching, and advising leaders at all levels, from first-time managers to C-suite executives.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market trends and domain technology.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams, driving performance and fostering professional growth.
- Experience hiring across seniority and department, including engineering, sales, and G&A
- Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
