About this role: 

MATTE is looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager and problem solver to join our People team and continue to build out our organization. You will navigate the needs and requirements of our recruiting organization and recruit and hire top talent.

This is a perfect position for anyone who is a self-starter who is comfortable with autonomy and passionate about scaling an organization. 

Role + Responsibilities:

  • Full life cycle recruiting and management of the recruiting process and policies throughout the organization.
  • Source and identify the top talent to fill openings for the organization, identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities.
  • Oversee recruiting administration, including but not limited to: writing and advertising job descriptions; scheduling and conducting interviews for internal and external applicants; drafting and extending offers to the chosen candidates; conducting reference checks as needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create standard job descriptions, source candidates, and be a partner to hiring managers through the life cycle of the recruiting process.
  • Ensure requisitions are completed on time, partnering with hiring managers on proactive workforce planning and pipeline-building and building best practices for the department and company.
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems. Leverage Greenhouse and Justworks to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
  • Collaborate with People team in areas such as employee performance, transitions/growth, DEI initiatives, and compensation and benefits.
  • Consistently define and refine recruiting practices throughout the organization to ensure efficiency, and educate our hiring managers and teams on these practices.
  • Develop and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics and company analytics.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of Recruiting (or equivalent) experience. A mix of agency and in-house experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment. A mix of company sizes is a plus.
  • Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage as you support one of the fastest growing departments in the company.
  • You know how to work on a small but highly effective team and can grow with us.
  • Experience working with teams located in multiple cities and countries preferred.
  • High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook.
