Talent Acquisition Manager

In a fast growing business at the heart of mobility challenges, we are looking for a talent Acquisition Manager for and Operations end Head Office activities in BeNeLux.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment France & BeNeLux and as part of a fabulous team of 5 recruiters, your main tasks will be to :

• Write our job adverts (creativity welcome!) and use the most appropriate distribution channels
• Manage your passive and active, internal and external pipeline to present your short list to managers
• Offer a 5-star service to your candidates throughout the recruitment process, right through to integration
• Build a strong partnership with the managers in your geographical area
• Make suggestions, identify new recruitment solutions and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in the implementation of projects, from the development of our employer brand to relations with schools and much more.

Your qualities to succeed in this role:

• You have a degree in HR or with a major in HR and you have proven experience in recruitment - experience in Retail and/or in volume positions would be a nice-to-have.
• You have an appetite for continuous improvement and a keen sense of priorities.As a creative and pragmatic thinker, you'll be able to identify and implement practical and effective solutions. 
• You know how to show both empathy and assertiveness depending on the situation or your audience.
• You speak fluently Dutch and English - French would be a plus.
