Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description
ProArch is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for leading and managing the recruitment team. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, managing recruitment operations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with all stakeholders to understand hiring needs and work towards attracting good talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, values and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive practices
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to enhance their effectiveness while being hands on Individual contributor
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve candidate engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, outcomes, and trends
- Ensure ATS is managed and drive entire hiring process through ATS.
- Bachelorβs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of 8-10 years in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role for both India and US region
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Will to work in office-based environment with occasional travel as needed.
- May require extended hours or occasional weekend drives based on the business need.
