What We Need
We need a Recruiting Manager to join the TA team, working with our global studios and global shared services teams, helping us achieve our portfolio goals across 2K. We are a group of experienced full-cycle recruiters, bringing subject matter expertise, a passion for hiring the most dedicated workforce in the industry, using a consultative approach to help our internal hiring teams make the most strategic hiring decisions they can. Our team makes an immediate and long-term impact on the company’s products, brand, culture, and overall performance.
What You Will DoReporting into the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Studios, you will help 2K build talented studio development teams, with a focus on artists, creators, animators, technical artists, audio designers, world designers, engineers, producers, and more. In addition to your people management responsibilities, leading a team of recruiters, you will carry a small, targeted requisition load as well. Embracing data and the story it provides, you are skilled with reporting and dashboards, using them to help studios and the Publishing leadership teams make well informed decisions, while also identifying ways we can improve the experience and outcomes.
- Mentor and coach recruiting team, helping them all perform at the highest levels possible.
- Evolve and develop standard methodologies training, regularly identifying areas of improvement as business needs shift
- Develop and track resourcing plan for the team, based on hiring forecasts
- Align recruiters to the business needs, based on their expertise, and desired growth
- In partnership with TA Leadership, develop broad and extensive training plan, ensuring all recruiters understand all studio development functions
- Regularly keep TA leadership advised about successes and challenges on the team, and raise when needed
- Partner closely with our hiring managers and teams, developing relationships, coaching when needed
- Build and develop cross-functional relationships with our HRBP, People Operations, and DEI teams
- Present studio recruiting results to TA and People leadership teams when required
- Responsible for your own requisition load, based on business needs and bandwidth
- Engage talent across multiple disciplines
- Proactively research and be aware of current industry events, trends, and how to use that intel to our advantage
- Create and maintain relations with industry colleagues, industry groups, and speaker’s organizations
- Implement weekly reporting framework, easily adopted by all recruiters
- Develop recruiters’ ability to enhance their competence level with data and reporting

- Minimum of 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, or a combination of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting combined
- Minimum of 2 years in a Lead Recruiter or Manager role
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a game development studio, preferably with multi-platform, AAA titles
- Flexibility and a willingness to work with rapidly shifting priorities, multiple hiring teams, and a requisition load of 10+ roles
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Excellent internal client management skills, including active listening, influencing, coaching, and ability to drive cross-functional accountability
- Experience with full cycle ATS and hiring platforms/tools
- Experience using candidate tracking systems, including reporting
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with leaders at all organizational levels
- Proven judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions for both the business and candidates
- Innovative and enthusiastic teammate
- Experience with both Microsoft and Google Suites
- Experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Experience with Greenhouse
- Experience with CRM platforms, and additional analytics tools
- Combined experience as an in-house recruiter and agency or boutique search firm experience
- Global experience a big plus

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,000 and $145,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
