About Us:

Founded more than 15 years ago and headquartered in Chicago, the DV Group of financial services firms has grown to more than 450 people operating throughout North America and in Europe. Since spinning out of a large brokerage firm in 2016, DV Trading has rapidly scaled as an independent proprietary trading firm utilizing its own capital, trading strategies, and risk management methodologies to provide liquidity to worldwide financial markets and hedging opportunities to commodity producers and users. Now, DV group affiliates include two broker dealers, a cryptocurrency market making firm, and a bourgeoning investment adviser.

The successful candidate will support our HR team and management by:

  • Design and implement sourcing strategies, screen, and assess candidates for open technical positions at all levels for our infrastructure team and trading teams.
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment process including developing position descriptions, creating and managing job postings, conducting phone screens and interviews, managing interview process and candidate communication, structuring and extending offers of employment, negotiating terms of employment, overseeing pre-employment processes, and other onboarding activities
  • Lead the candidate experience through seamless execution of interview process to ensure a superior candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and job requirements; track candidates in Greenhouse; provide hiring metrics/reports as needed.
  • Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief sessions with Executives and interview teams.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience in the Trading/Quantitative/Technology industry preferred
  • Experience using social media, networking tools, and research tools to source candidates
  • Must have strong initiative and sense of urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior executives
