Hybrid model: If you live in Curitiba and the metropolitan region, you will work a few days in our office in the center of Curitiba and from home (to be aligned with your leadership).

Job Description

Responsabilities:

• Conduct end to end hiring processes, with a focus on sales hires;
• Align and maintain communication with hiring managers and HRBPs throughout the entire hiring process;
• Screen resumes and actively search for candidates on different sources;
• Conduct the first interview with candidates to assess attributes and cultural fit;
• Contribute with deas for improvements to our processes, employer branding and hiring strategy;
• Support the global team in recruitment matters and projects involving talent acquisition;
• Provide an incredible experience for candidates

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Advanced English - verbal and written communication (you will be part of global projects!);
• Solid experience in talent acquisition, specially sales hires;
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas;
• Experience with recruitment and selection tools (ATS);
• Experience with talent acquisition KPIs, how to generate insights and strategies from data analysis;

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience in tech companies or startups;
