Responsibilities: -

• 2 - 4 years of experience as a HR Operations or similar role.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition Operations.
• Collaborate with recruiter & Hiring Managers to schedule interviews.
• Providing interview feedback to candidates.
• Preparation of cost estimation form for relocation candidates.
• Preparation of offer letter for selected candidates.
• Taking care of all documents related to joining of the candidates.
• Initiating Emp ID in the system and back ground verification.
• Maintaining data timely in trackers.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft tools like, outlook & MS Teams

Functional Knowledge:

• Has developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods to perform a variety of activities

Business Expertise:

• Has good understanding of how the team integrates with others

Leadership:

• Has no supervisory responsibilities

Problem Solving:

• Problems are typically of a routine nature but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.

Impact:

• Impacts the quality of own work

Joining Location – Bangalore, Whitefield

Education – Bachelor’s degree

Job timing – 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM / 09:30 PM to 06:30 AM (US Shift)

Shift allowance available apart from the compensation.
