Guild is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager who will play a key and strategic role in the continuous improvement of the end-to-end recruitment process in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll partner with Sourcing, Recruiting and Coordination within our TA org, as well as cross-functional partners throughout the business in an effort to maintain and launch new systems, build efficient and scalable processes and provide organizational change and training to relevant stakeholders. We are looking for someone with an eye towards efficiency, creativity and operational excellence. This individual will report into the Director of Talent Operations and will directly manage our Talent Acquisition Operations Associate.
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $95,000 - $110,000, variable compensation eligibility, as well as company stock options.
As the TA Operations Manager, you will:- Build and implement strategy for TA Operations, aligning to overall Talent team strategy and goals
- Own the overall strategy for recruiting technology stack including integrations with other systems and tools within Guild. Participate in new product demos, running the contract and onboarding process as well as leading all aspects of the implementation
- Provide cross-functional support to the greater Talent and People Ops teams with systems and process alignment, leading initiatives and system rollouts that impact the entire Talent team
- Own relationships with our various Customer Support Reps for our TA systems (Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn, Textio, Native Current) to ensure we’re up to speed on features and functionality
- Work with our Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to drive forward our hiring process in a scalable, candidate focused manner
- Increase efficiency through integrations, automation, process improvement and tech implementation that enable efficiencies and effectiveness across the TA team
- See opportunities for improvement and design solutions to Guild’s hiring process and implement in partnership with TA Ops Associate
- Develop and provide ongoing training/organizational change for TA team
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

- Knowledge or experience of the TA process, systems (Greenhouse, Textio, Gem), and metrics
- Expertise leading multiple projects with various business partners and multifaceted timelines for results
- A high solid sense of urgency, strong communication skills, the ability to adjust to changing priorities and goals
- The strive to work independently and in partnership with TA leaders to scope the upstream and downstream impacts of changes and how to best implement based on those details
- Understanding of system configuration and implementation
