Talent Acquisition Partner
This is an exciting opportunity to draw on your recruitment skills to help us continue to grow our rapidly expanding, global SaaS company.
You will manage the day-to-day delivery of all of Simpro’s US recruitment activities by proactively sourcing, attracting and maintaining a pipeline of talent to fuel growth across all areas of the business. You will have a passion for both recruitment and candidate care, with the ability to work in a results-focused team.
The successful applicant may be based remotely in the US, although candidates located in the Denver, Colorado or Chico, California area will receive special consideration, as that is where Simpro’s US offices are located.Â

What You’ll Do
- Provide a first rate candidate and hiring manager experience
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment function, including taking job briefs, writing and posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, phone screening, presenting shortlists to hiring managers and participating with interviews when required
- Be a key stakeholder in the development and implementation of the talent attraction strategy, aligning with other key strategic objectives
- Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process and maximize overall efficiencies
- Pursue innovative ways to source talentÂ
- Nurture your internal stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor to them
- Help grow the Simpro employer brand.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experienceÂ
- Bachelor's degree in business or similar preferred
- Ability and experience in handling high volume, multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience within a Tech or SaaS environment, recruiting across a diverse range of roles strongly preferred
- A genuine passion for and history of delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Collaborative and an all round team-player with a great attitude
- A high level of competency with technology and the ability to learn new systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Highly flexible, available and responsive - particularly in terms of operating within multiple, global time zones when required
- ATS experience with Workday preferred
- Work autonomously as well as a member of a wider team.
