Summary
The Talent Partner plays a critical role in the organization's success by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. You are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to new hire onboarding. Talent Partners in this role will be hiring for our manufacturing plants. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the company's values, culture, and industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the full-cycle recruitment process from an intake meeting to an employees first day.
- Collaborate with HR and Business Leaders to plan for future workforce; develop internal and external pipeline strategies for business portfolios; execute strategies and maintain pipelines
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Integrate information, insights and trends from Talent and Business Partners to develop more comprehensive approaches to sourcing high volume needed talent.
- Provide insights and expertise on market trends, competitive landscape, and recruitment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering guidance on candidate selection and interview assessment.
- Participates in recruitment planning discussions with client facing recruitment peer, business, and HR Partners.
- Effectively manages internal and external candidates and delivers a positive candidate experience.
- Engages, educates, and trains the organization to effectively participate in the talent acquisition process.
- Leverages technology and metrics to deliver talent acquisition objectives.
- Helps create and maintain SOP's related to all recruiting operations.
Typical Education
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university (equivalent experience).
Relevant Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Partner, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in recruiting for a manufacturing plant and/or a fast paced environment highly preferred.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural add effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to recruitment challenges.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
