Job Description
The successful candidate will become a valued part of the DEKRA North America Talent Acquisitions team and will work closely with our dynamic HR team. As a DEKRA Talent Acquisition Partner you will partner with key stakeholders to drive full-cycle, results-driven sourcing and recruiting efforts to meet the talent needs across the various North American service lines. What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to promote and fill requisitions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with hiring managers providing concierge service; specifically:
- Facilitate recruiting intake calls to outline the process relative to the position requirements
- Review and post approved job descriptions
- Screen and recommend applicants to hiring managers
- Use diverse and creative methods to source and identify appropriate candidates
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through creative and proactive sourcing and on-going relationship management
- Conduct exploratory screens as necessary per requirements
- Manage scheduling between candidate and hiring managers and others participating in the process
- Follow up with interviewers and/or conduct debrief sessions to gather candidate feedback to determine advancement or dis-qualification
- Provide timely feedback to all interviewed candidates
- Work with hiring manager to create the offer; discuss areas of potential negotiation,
- Draft and send the offer of employment to the candidate
- Initiate and manage the pre-employment screening process
- Ensure a complete hand-off to HRBP/HRC to initiate the new hire onboarding process

- Ensure accurate entries of candidate information in DEKRA's Applicant Tracking System.
- Meet with hiring managers and HRBP's on a regularly scheduled cadence to keep requisitions, candidate activity, and hiring on track.
- Prepare overall and business unit-specific recruiting metrics on regularly prescribed timelines.
What Makes a Great Candidate
- Ability to learn and work within an Applicant Tracking System to manage a high number of assigned requisitions and applicant data in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite to allow for excellent verbal and written communication skills to colleagues and candidates at all levels along with ability to discern which communication tool is appropriate for each interaction and or message to the intended recipient/audience.
- Demonstrated experience participating in a full-cycle recruiting process with ability to describe how past experience would lend itself to this role and company.
- Proven ability to take initiative and build productive relationships by directly managing the relationships with assigned hiring managers and candidates responding to your requisitions with timely communications and follow up.
- Capacity to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information as per the standards of an HR professional.
- Committed to excellent customer service as a core focus and best practice on DEKRA's TA team working within Service Level Agreement parameters.
- Attention to detail with a sense of urgency and responsiveness internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings appropriate to the topic of conversation be it various types of meetings; it is expected this role will lead calls with hiring managers, HRBP's, and candidates.
- Confidence in the role with ability to coach, educate, and relay information for understanding outside the HR/TA realm.
- Familiarity with social networks, professional websites and resume databases with a willingness to be creative in posting and promoting requisitions and searching for candidates.
- Working knowledge of labor legislation with ability to conduct research and take appropriate actions with the TA or hiring teams as necessary given legislation changes
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously and with flexibility and sound judgment on where to focus efforts and develop alternative solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting at high-growth companies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

- Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
- Ability to lift 25-40 lbs.

- Domestic travel required, estimated up to 10%
What You'll Receive for the Value You Bring:
Compensation:
The base pay for this position is $55,000 annually to $70,000 annually. Actual pay is based on several factors including market location and position-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
