We are currently looking for a short term Talent Acquisition Partner to come on board and help the existing team. We are open to a hybrid or onsite working setup. #LI-hybrid

Your Challenge

• Setting up short-term goals and long-term strategy for hiring for the assigned positions. 
• Active sourcing and attracting candidates via LinkedIn and other channels. 
• Coordinating overall hiring process with candidates for assigned positions (actively sourced candidates, candidates from job ads, referral, events, etc.). 
• Searching for new hiring channels. 
• Searching for new and creative ways to promote hiring. 
• Representing Ataccama both online and offline. 
• Communication across all teams. 

Is This You?

• You have 3+ years of experience in recruitment or headhunting and know your way around the job market.
• You thrive in a multicultural environment and enjoy daily communication in English. 
• You’re able to find and use suitable hiring channels and bring us new talent from the field such as IT, marketing, sales, product etc.
• Having experience with recruiting outside of Czech republic is a big plus.
• You like to find new ways to hire, and can show candidates why Ataccama is the right place for them.
• You don’t need someone to give you specific tasks and assignments.
• You like to take initiative and find the right solution.
• You love working in and with the team.
• You are professional.
