Job Overview:

  • Utilize various recruitment methods, including online job boards, industry-specific networks, and sourcing, to identify and attract candidates with the right skill sets and experience. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles, ensuring a steady supply of qualified talent. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs. 
  • Communicate with candidates from different levels within the organization, from entry-level positions to senior management. Your ability to establish rapport and convey information clearly is crucial. 
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. This may include conducting initial phone screens or other interviews as needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug tests to ensure candidates meet our company's standards and regulatory requirements. 
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed of their application status throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Assist in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the information and resources they need to become productive members of our team. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruiting process and contribute to a more effective and efficient hiring process. 
  • Provide weekly measurable feedback to management
  • Ad hoc projects/duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years in-house recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 2-4 years experience using ATS
  • 1-2 years experience sourcing high-quality candidates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with high volume recruiting for an in-demand (exempt and non-exempt )
  • Self-motivated and self-managed: able to think independently.
  • Team player with a “can-do” attitude
  • Knowledge of recruiting in non-traditional methods
  • Familiarity of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed)
