Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will lead full life cycle recruiting across various business lines and deliver best in class talent for critical business needs. The Talent Acquisition Partner drives all full-lifecycle recruiting from client intake meeting, passive outreach/sourcing, identifying, and engaging prospects and delivering offer packages. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, having a strong focus on an excellent candidate and customer experience. Finally, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business you support by seeking to understand the talent needs and provide consultation on process and market insights.

What You'll Do
- Develop strategic recruiting plans, build pipelines of active and often passive talent to generate qualified candidate pools, conduct in-depth recruiting screens, and assess for levels of interest, qualifications and salary expectations
- You'll use your deep sourcing skillset and pipeline building capabilities to attract, influence, and convert passive talent across multiple geographies and networking platforms
- Develop a deep understanding and awareness of the business and clients you support
- Partner with your business to build job offers including mid to high level candidate conversations, incentive plan interpretation, and creative offer approaches
- Build and maintain working relationships with leaders throughout the organization, and partner to understand business objectives related to their talent needs
- Deliver frequent communication, provide feedback and deliver insights to assist hiring managers in the selection process while focusing on delivering a positive candidate experience
- Maintain or exceed established recruiting metrics, including time to fill, hiring target goals, quality of hire metrics, and customer satisfaction scores
To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree or four years of Talent Acquisition experience
- 4+ years of Human Resources or consulting experience, to include experience working with and influencing management or customers
- 2+ years of corporate full lifecycle and sourcing experience (can be concurrent). Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality
- Experience building strategic recruiting plans grounded in talent intelligence. You'll need to be comfortable using recruiting metrics and data to inform/influence sourcing strategy. You'll have deep sourcing/networking expertise using advanced social media and sourcing techniques. (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, careerbuilder, github, Boolean strings)
- Ability to influence leaders across various disciplines and lines of business. Analytical capability, with the ability to create, measure, and scale as appropriate to each unique business need. You're a natural problem solver who seeks out data and trends to solve recruiting problems
- Effective judgment skills and the ability to think independently and proactively provide well though-out decisions
- Robust customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion. Current knowledge of applicable federal/state laws relating to employment (Title VII, ADA, EEO)
- Required Software and Other Tools: Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or Human Capital Management System (HCM)
We Prefer That You Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in all aspects of talent search with a focus on passive sourcing/outreach.
- Licenses and Certificates: Professional designation in Human Resources, such as PHR or SPHR, AIRS, CIR or CDR
