The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates into open positions within the organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner:

• Provides candidates with an engaging experience throughout the recruiting process while promoting First Financial Bank through our corporate strategy and culture.• Utilizes creative sourcing strategies and techniques to increase our diversity pipeline of candidate and promote our inclusive culture in a compelling manner. • Coaches hiring managers on how to evaluate candidates objectively.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Achieves talent acquisition objectives by sourcing, recruiting and evaluating (both internal and external) candidates.
  • Determines job requirements by reviewing job profiles and working with hiring managers to understand skill sets needed.
  • Uses Workday to support the full cycle recruiting process including managing candidate pipeline/flow, offers, hires and the dispositioning of candidates.
  • Identifies qualified candidates, conducts and schedules interviews and partners with hiring managers to present competitive, equitable offers.
  • Maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future demands.
  • Offers process improvements throughout the recruiting process.
  • Provides market trends/feedback to the Compensation and Benefits teams to ensure our total rewards remain competitive.
  • Understands and adheres to all legal aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Participates in community outreach, including campus/college recruiting, and EEO initiatives, including outreach efforts to potential applicants who are underrepresented.
  • Supports diversity recruiting strategy.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job

  • 5 years of broad experience in Human Resources including Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
  • Exceptional time management skills in managing multiple priorities.
  • Results oriented communication skills with strong ability to develop effective business relationships.
  • Experience with Workday.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and/or a related field.
  • Vendor management experience.

Level of Complexity and Scope

  • Manages high volume requisition load and is able to prioritize requisitions based on business need and impact.
  • Recruits for mid-level roles throughout the organization, generally.
  • Ability to staff technical roles.

Degree of Independence and Decision-Making

  • Works with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Partners and Human Resources Business Partners and other HR team members to solve more complex problems.

Required Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to see, hear, talk, and use a computer.
  • Must be able to travel to FFB locations when needed.

Compliance Statement

The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. This includes all Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, as well as all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.
