About the Role:
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Business Recruiting team. This role will own the full-cycle recruitment process, providing the strategic insight to identify and attract best in class talent for our hiring partners across our corporate and G&A teams here at Upgrade.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco office (in office Tuesdays & Thursdays).
What You’ll Do:
- Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, working closely with them to ensure a deep understanding of role requirements
- Create and execute search strategy to source active/passive candidate pipelines through industry research, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and application
- Deliver exceptional recruitment services ensuring hiring manager and candidate expectations are exceeded throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Stay up to date on industry and talent trends
- Provide recommendations to improve our recruiting process and candidate experience
What We Look For:
- 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in-house and/or agency setting
- Proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Experience working with competing priorities and a history of ramping quickly
- Proven experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $90,000 - $110,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
