Your Role and Responsibilities
In this specialty Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting experience strategy and execution. They serve an integral role as the main point of contact for both early professional candidates and hiring managers guiding them through the full recruiting lifecycle. They work with a team using the most innovative approaches to attraction sourcing selection interviewing offering and closing of Early Professionals. They manage all campus events as well as relationships with various universities and have a strong understanding of business unit needs. This includes attending and hosting College career days building effective internship programs and evaluating candidates. They have experience with various sourcing tactics like social recruiting and excellent relationship-building skills.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Experience Identifying and attract talented and qualified candidates
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting vacancies to making job offers ensuring an efficient and transparent process.
* Previous experience in technology recruiting
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and human resources teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Knowledge using recruiting sources including professional networks online databases job fairs and recruiting events to identify potential candidates.
* Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
* Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
* Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Proficiency in Excel
* Business case presentation
* Experience recruiting in other countries
* Fluent english and spanish.
