We are seeking an on-site Talent Acquisition Partner, to join our North America Talent Acquisition team at our Ranson, WV factory, to join the North America Talent Acquisition team. Your future team
You will be part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition for North America. Our team thrives on mutual support, continuous improvement, and celebrating both small and large successes. We foster a work-life balance that nurtures personal and professional growth. This role is based on-site at our Ranson, WV factory, where our open-office environment encourages teamwork and communication.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to understand their team's needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview hourly and salaried level candidates to ensure a cultural fit and alignment with our values.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent for various roles within the organization.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Responsible for applicant tracking system administration, audits and reporting related to open vacancies and candidate tracking.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate detailed candidate tracking reports, analyze recruitment data, and provide actionable insights to optimize hiring processes.
- Maintain an exceptional level of detail orientation, ensuring accuracy and precision in candidate documentation, system updates, and reporting.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company values and culture to potential candidates.
What you bring
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- 3+ years high volume corporate or agency recruiting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for candidate tracking, reporting and data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOPUPs, and charts preferred)
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially in data management, documentation, and recruitment processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
