Pengate Handling Systems and Arbor Material Handling joined forces in November 2020 to formArbor/Pengate.Together, we are a powerhouse material handling company that provides various warehousing solutions throughout the Northeast United States. We provide top-of-the-line equipment, service, consultation, parts, and training programs to businesses of all sizes throughout PA and NY, and portions of MA, VT, OH, WV, MD, DE, and NJ. We have 7 locations throughout the regions, and we have over 300+ teammates across these facilities.

What's The Job?
We are searching for aTalent Acquisition Partner to join our York, PA teamwho would be responsible for day-to-day Recruiting Operations across the organization. This position will work within the Human Resource Department to plan long-term recruitment strategies and provide focus on the company's employee vision. The Talent Acquisition Partner will support leaders with hiring needs, by sourcing candidates, interviewing applicants, and monitor the cycle of the recruitment process.
What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
- Developing talent-related processes, best practices and strategies to support organization needs
- Tracking and reporting on talent-related metrics daily, weekly, monthly, and annually and report as required
- Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.
- Support workforce planning process by analyzing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, assessing gaps, and determining target talent management interventions to ensure that an organization has meets strategic objectives.
- Market open positions via the company's careers page and job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and ZipRecruiter
- Source candidates utilizing social media, resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, etc.
- Prescreen candidates via phone, Teams, and/or in-person interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate "must haves" and draft job postings
- Collaborate with marketing, human resources and business leaders to establish an employer brand identity
- Work closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback
- Research and develop relationships with different trade schools, colleges, and vocational schools to help develop key talent pipelines.
- Work to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices
What Makes Me Qualified?

- High School Diploma or GED required. Postsecondary degree in Business field preferred
- 3+ years of Recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or 10 years of related career experience with a High School Diploma.
- Combination of Agency and Corporate experience preferred.
- Experience Recruiting in a manufacturing, service, or sales-focused industry highly preferred.
- Excellent communications skills; written, verbal and listening.
- Self-motivated, forward-thinking mindset.
- Proactive approach, with interest and comfort challenging the status quo.
