As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for helping us find the most important part of the company - our people. In partnership with our Head of People Experience, you will design the recruitment structure and define the candidate journey. You will work on strategies to attract top talent and will work with various stakeholders on employer branding.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Run and manage the recruitment process for all roles at Solsten: Identify hiring needs, draft job descriptions and autonomously manage the entire recruiting process to grow our team.
  • Craft job descriptions that clearly and concisely summarizes the job and requirements with the Solsten voice.
  • Be a strategic partner to the hiring team to determine recruitment approach specific to the needs and complexity of each position.
  • Utilize Greenhouse ATS at its maximum potential to streamline the full cycle recruitment process.
  • Ensure that all recruitment practices are in compliance with labor laws across all countries that we hire in.
  • Screen and interview candidates using a variety of interviewing methods to identify the best candidates based on the needs of the business.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide guidance to hiring managers on compensation benchmarking.
  • Actively source and reach out to passive candidates while nurturing the relationship.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations in all locations that we recruit.
  • Effectively manage communications with candidates, post-process feedback, salary negotiations, and final closures within dedicated timelines.
  • Determine the most suitable job advertising techniques, including job boards, careers pages and social networks.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiters.
  • Measure and provide insights on recruitment metrics and turning that into actionable foresight

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (Psychology preferred), Master’s degree a plus.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in recruiting, at least 3 of those years must be with a SaaS startups or similar environments.
  • You have 3+ years in tech recruiting experience.
  • Greenhouse ATS expertise is a plus.
  • Highly effective at identifying internal stakeholders and communicating to them in a timely, clear, and concise manner, including the CEO and COO.
  • You are a self-motivated team player and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • You always put people first and you build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • You have extensive experience in interviewing and identifying quality candidates specific to the needs of the business
