Talent Acquisition Partner - Early Career
Job Description Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner -Early Career is an essential team member to the Talent Acquisition team. This role will lead full cycle recruiting initiatives for AAM's Early Career Programs. This individual will be responsible for growing relationships with key universities and organizations.
Job Description
- Lead AAM's Early Career recruitment strategy that delivers an outstanding candidate experience, and improves our ability to source, identify and select early career and talent focused on filling the needs of our future skills
- Champions the full-cycle recruiting process of candidate engagement, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers for Early Career positions
- Lead candidate engagement outreach and pipeline management
- Coordinate and promote AAM's brand through participation in career fairs, networking, and targeted recruiting events
- Partner with Associate Resource Groups and internal partners to support Early Career talent attraction initiatives
- Continue to improve and evolve attraction techniques that attract talent to AAM's Early Career Programs
- Partner with Human Resources, Business Leaders, and Talent Acquisition Partners to forecast and identify Early Talent hiring needs through the United States
- Develops monthly Early Career Talent Community newsletter
- Analyze and present key performance metrics that drive the strategy for AAM's early career attraction initiatives aligned to AAM's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals
- Share standard processes across global talent attraction teams and supports US locations to source early career talent
- Additional job responsibilities assigned
Required Skills and Education
- Proficient with recruitment tools and technology such as LinkedIn, Handshake, CRM platforms and Workday ATS
- Ability to develop and nurture sustainable relationships with university, associations, and other external partners
- Experience sourcing and organizing talent into project pools
- Strong project management experience and organizational skills
- Delivers with a high sense of urgency, operating with a strong customer satisfaction approach
- Must be able to travel up to 25%
