This is a High Volume, Full Life-Cycle Recruiter role which will recruit in a fast-paced environment.

Your essential responsibilities will include:

  • With your attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you will work closely with candidates, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and other members of HR to recruit for our call center and operations environments. The types of positions include high volume call center roles, underwriting assistants, and claims adjusters.
  • You will partner with hiring managers to build profiles of great candidates and create candidate pipelines.
  • You will source and interview both active and passive candidates utilizing a variety of tools and systems including Workday, LinkedIn, etc.
  • You will advise hiring managers during the interview, assessment, and decision-making process and also partner with HR and Compensation in order to prepare competitive offers.
  • As you employ your excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of the recruiting process and systems, you will greet and interview candidates, ensure that meetings run smoothly, and coordinate on-site and off-site recruiting efforts to help us become the employer of choice.
  • Overall, you will provide an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience by maintaining constant communication and managing expectations throughout the process.
  • You will utilize Workday throughout the recruiting process to ensure nothing falls through the cracks for our candidates and hiring managers.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition is ideal. Experience in a high volume, operations, or call center environment preferred.
  • The ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles as well as multiple levels in the organization in order to establish effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
  • Polished and professional demeanor and communication style, both oral and written, as this role is an extension of our Global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Detail-oriented, time management, and organizational skills are critical, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, highly sensitive confidential information with discretion and unquestionable integrity.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting and/or another similar Applicant Tracking System strongly preferred.
