Overview:
Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC (“KBRA”), a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (“NRSRO”) is seeking a consultative talent acquisition professional who is passionate about matching the best talent to our enriching career opportunities. You will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, keen on collaboration and have a strong work ethic. This position will be based out of our New York office, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a trusting partnership with business leaders and provide an amazing end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Consult hiring managers on talent marketplace trends and data and implement winning recruiting strategies.
- Proactively optimize the fill rate for open and prospective jobs by direct sourcing and generating a strong passive candidate pipeline of diverse, qualified talent who share KBRA’s values in innovation, collaboration, and integrity.
- Execute all facets of full cycle recruiting process from the sourcing strategy meeting and candidate screening through to offer and onboarding.
- Coach hiring manager and interview team on hiring best practices.
- Manage a proactive feedback loop with hiring managers and third-party sourcing firms.
- Readily provide metrics-based progress updates to leaders and hiring managers.
- Collaborate effectively with HR team and other internal partners.
- Optimize current recruitment tools and processes and explore new ways to progress talent acquisition, including creative marketing campaigns in the talent marketplace.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of related recruiting experience, in-house and/or agency
- Financial services or related industries strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate processes and activities to executive leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to engage and influence employee and candidates of all representations at all levels
- Experience working within fast-paced organizations during periods of growth and change
- Strong business acumen, commercial savvy, and financial services experience a plus
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter capabilities and experience with an ATS
