Job Description

Buildstrusted relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs toinfluence and deliver talent acquisition strategies to meet current and futurebusiness needs. Works in a consultative approach and can provide insightson the job market and best practices for all parts of the recruiting lifecycle.Determines methods and procedures on assignments and may coordinate activitiesof other personnel (Team Lead). Works on complex issues where analysis ofsituations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteriafor obtaining results. Wide-ranging experience uses professional conceptsand company objectives to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively. Some barriers to entry exist at this level.

PositionOverview:

SiemensDigital Industry Software (DISW) is seeking an exceptional TalentAcquisition Partner/ Recruiter to support our DISW business by attracting andsecuring the best talent in the market.

The role will be 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

Areas ofcoverage will include supporting our DISW business.

  • You manage the end-to-end recruitment process for projectsunder your responsibilities (targeted sourcing, intake, screening, interviewprocess, pre-boarding).
  • You write compelling job descriptions to achieve maximumvisibility for our job offers.
  • You advise hiring managers on the best recruitmentstrategies.
  • You interview the longlist and present a shortlist to thehiring manager
  • You will help position Siemens as an "Employer ofChoice."
  • You will represent Siemens Digital Industry Software at jobfairs and other recruitment activities as needed
  • You will report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • You collaborate on projects to continuously improve ourrecruitment process (candidate experience, ATS, employer branding, etc.).
  • You are independent and can work as a valuable talentacquisition representative.
  • You perform with quality in ethics and behavior.

MinimumRequirements:

  • You are educated to a degree level in a relevantsubject.
  • You have 5+ years of experience as a corporate recruiter,ideally in an engineering or high-tech setting.
  • You have extensive experience in search (social media, jobboards, etc.) and can suggest creative sourcing strategies.
  • You are a strong relationship builder, capable of quicklygetting buy-in from hiring managers and candidates.
  • You have strong networking skills and can attract toptalent to the Siemens DISW brand.
  • You bring strong intercultural awareness.
  • You can work independently.

The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $178,200,and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The compensationoffered is based on the successful candidate's work location and additionalfactors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation/training.
