Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Partner at Authenticx, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead recruiting activities across all divisions - Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Professional Services.
  • Manage all open positions, typically ranging between 15-20.
  • Participate in recruiting intake/kick-off sessions with hiring managers to establish game plans to meet hiring objectives.
  • Post job ads through the applicant tracking system (ATS), LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
  • Review job applicants, select applicants to be interviewed, conduct effective interviews (typically virtual), and make hiring recommendations.
  • Manage candidate profiles in ATS and communicate with candidates throughout the interview process, including scheduling next steps, notifying candidates when rejected, etc.
  • Provide routine and ad hoc reports and status updates to VP of Talent and hiring managers.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to source and engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to prepare and execute job offers.
  • Assist with background checks, reference checks, and other onboarding tasks as needed.
Qualifications

As our ideal Talent Acquisition Partner, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or other relevant fields.
  • Relevant master's degree or certifications preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting salaried/exempt-level professionals who require advanced knowledge, skills, or experience.
  • Experience recruiting Sales professionals - e.g., Account Executives, Account Managers, and Business Development Reps.
  • Experience recruiting Technology professionals - e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientist, Technical Project Managers.
  • Experience recruiting across various business units in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Technical proficiency with ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred), MS Office 365 applications, and other business software.
  • Experience working for an early-stage or growth-stage VC-backed tech company preferred.
  • Experience contributing to the development, implementation, and evolution of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional Information

  • Our ideal candidates will reside in the Greater Indianapolis area and be willing and able to work in a hybrid setting on-site 1-2x per week.
  • Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
