Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TravelPerk, you'll be pivotal in driving our company's growth. You will lead the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while fostering our vibrant, in-real-life (IRL) company culture.

We’re looking for an experienced, delivery-focused Technical Recruiter to hire across a range of Tech roles. You'll partner closely with our technical teams and to understand priorities, help design and execute successful hiring processes and bring in a diverse set of candidates. You'll have responsibility for the entire candidate lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing and closing as well as giving insight and recommendations to hiring managers along the way.

Over time, this role might involve project-based work, but to be clear: this is a 100% delivery focussed role on hiring mainly Software Engineers into our European hubs. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with hiring managers and your talent team peers to execute and deliver on our hiring plans across Builders
• Take full ownership in how you achieve your top of funnel metrics, pipeline conversion percentages and hires to help the team achieve our collective hiring goal whilst communicating success and blockers
• Create innovative sourcing strategies that deliver an always-on pipeline of quality hires
• Hiring for a variety of Tech roles with a specific focus on Engineering: (Software Engineers, Site Reliability Engineering, Mobile, Engineering Management) 
• Ensure that all candidates experience a recruitment process reflective of our amazing culture and brand
• Build strong relationships with the hiring teams across the business to make sure the internal customer experience is as clear and concise as the candidate experience

About You

• Experience in-house is a must – you've ideally worked in a fast growing, tech start-up/scale-up
• You’re a tech recruiter and have solid experience in hiring Software Engineers
• You love 360 recruitment - you enjoy the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing candidates
• You’ll have a firm track record of successfully delivering against stretch delivery goals within a given deadline
• You’ll be knowledgeable in advanced sourcing tools and techniques used for recruiting top technical talent
• You know your numbers - you know what it takes to build healthy pipelines
• Nice to have: You’ve hired across Europe ideally in London, Barcelona, Edinburgh or Berlin and know the nuances of hiring in these locations.
