We are currently looking for an in-house, experienced Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to champion Prodege's talent acquisition process for our Sales, Data/Consumer Insights business. In this role, you'll work alongside our hiring managers to develop strategies to source and qualify top talent for our growing organization. Our ideal candidate has expertise in recruiting for positions specifically within the Sales/Market Research, Performance Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Data/Consumer Insights field. In this role, you'll have a high level of organizational impact by helping to build a world-class team while also ensuring an amazing candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment cycle.
Candidates should have experience recruiting for positions across the US and internationally.
What You'll Do:
- Quickly gain a thorough understanding of our business, departments and roles by attending and participating in departmental team meetings, recruitment kick off meetings and trade shows and events
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and be a true partner throughout the recruitment process; determining hiring requirements for open positions; writing job descriptions and leading candidates through Prodege's hiring process
- Clearly define sourcing strategies and expectations
- Proactively find, attract, and engage top talent in creative ways by building a pipeline of connections for current and future positions
- Schedule candidate interviews and facilitate on-site interviews
- Work on advertising placement to source new candidates
- Effectively promote Prodege's brand to candidates by providing compelling information about the company's strategy, capabilities and value proposition
- Assist the team in tracking hiring and candidate metrics
- Represent Prodege at various networking and industry events (travel approximately ~10%)
- This position will also be responsible for recruitment of other corporate positions as needed (Marketing, Product, Technology, Accounting & Finance, etc.)
Who You Are:
- 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting and hiring employees at all levels in a fast-paced/dynamic environment
- Experience recruiting for Sales/Market Research, Performance Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Data/Consumer Insights positions
- Have a well-developed network of candidates and external resources with which to build a strong bench of candidates from
- Proven ability to identify and motivate external candidates through relationship building and networking both virtually and in-person at conferences and events
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize competing tasks and a whatever-it-takes attitude
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and use of resume database tools and social networking tools like (such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions) for candidate sourcing
- Ability to provide a high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring teams
- Support and exemplify Prodege's culture to ensure that all candidates have an amazing recruitment experience
- Experience with Jobvite a plus (or other applicant tracking systems)
- BA/BS required
- Ability to travel
- This position can be remote but a strong preference to be based out of our amazing office in Los Angeles
