Job Description:

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or similar field of study preferred

Work Experiences:

• 1+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience supporting corporate positions
• Proficient use of applicant tracking tools (Workday preferred) and web-based recruiting resources required
• Retail experience preferred

• Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlines
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively contribute to a team environment
• Proficient interviewing, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced, frequently changing environment
• Responsible for direct source candidates, leverage sourcing tools, and the ability to team with outside sourcing vendors when needed
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting within corporate office
• Partner with internal business partners, talent acquisition team members and external business partners
• Provide superior customer service to all involved with the full life-cycle talent acquisition process and workflow
• Partner with Corporate HR team to ensure recruiting strategies align with succession plans
• Manage the offer & negotiation process with hiring managers and candidates to meet and achieve business objectives
• Provide valuable interview feedback to hiring managers and influence the efficiency and effectiveness of the hire
• Consult with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the position to create a recruiting strategy to attract and select top talent
• Establish rapport and meet regularly with business partners to understand staffing model and growth projections
• Develop a constant pool of candidates for key positions at all levels
• Utilize various recruiting sources to identify candidates, including job boards, networking and referrals
• Assist internal team members in the pursuit of new opportunities within the company
• Provide status reports, hiring trends and analysis to management
• Assist with various projects as required
• Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and presentations
• Assist with recruitment objectives for summer internship program
• Required to learn company policies, procedures and safety rules
• Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements & Attendance

• Regular attendance required
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
• Up to 10% travel, as needed
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
• Ability to work flexible hours such as evening, weekends, and holidays as necessary
