At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar and energy efficiency solutions for all homeowners, particularly those in traditionally underserved communities. We are seeking an equally passionate Recruiter that can help us stand out and continue our growth both within our current markets and our upcoming expansion into new U.S. markets.

Base Salary Range is $75,000 - $85,000 plus bonus potential

Full benefits (health/dental/vision, 401K with company match, PTO and more) 

Preference will be given to candidates who reside in CT or MA. This is a true Hybrid position where the majority of work will be done remotely but occasional travel to regional offices and hiring events are required based on business needs.

As a Recruiter at PosiGen, you will be authentic, business driven, and ‘people-centric’ with a high sense of customer service, willing to contribute and drive a strong culture of employee engagement, and customer satisfaction and retention. In addition, you will exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of the various aspects of recruiting, including proactive sourcing, managing candidate pipelines and efficient hiring processes, offer negotiations, and more. 

Essential Job Functions include:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the business and to meet the business objectives by hiring and retaining employees
  • Develop and present recruitment strategies for skilled trades, sales and corporate talent
  • Develop and implement strategic candidate sourcing and engagement initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site environment
  • Conduct phone screens that highlight PosiGen as an employer of choice while also vetting candidates for cultural and overall fit.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage the hiring/recruitment process from start to finish

Education/Experience

  • BA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development or demonstrated experience in a similar business environment required
  • Minimum of 3 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated customer centric recruitment experience, with a strong understanding and ability to recruit across multiple levels and/or disciplines of an organization
  • Must have significant experience sourcing resumes from a variety of sources, including Indeed Resume and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
