The primary reason is cost: the majority of therapists do not accept insurance, meaning paying for therapy is prohibitively expensive for prospective patients. This is where we got our start – Headway has built the first software-enabled network of therapists who accept health insurance, making it easy for therapists to grow their practices, and possible for patients to find quality care they can afford.Â

Headway’s Talent Team is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts across numerous teams within the Engineering, Product, Data, and Design functions. Reporting to Headway's Talent Acquisition Manager for EDP teams, we're looking for a strong partner to multiple Talent Partners and Talent Sourcers (recruiters). You'll be responsible for driving exceptional candidate experiences for both evergreen and one-off technical roles ranging in seniority across the company. As we continue to scale at a hyper-growth pace, we're also seeking an operationally excellent and relationship-driven teammate. Your daily activities will include: running scheduling with a high volume of candidates, collaborating effectively with interview teams, hiring managers, and talent stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of our talent operations - especially those related to the coordinating function. You will:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Sourcers, and Hiring Managers to coordinate candidate interview activity on a variety of searchesÂ
- Serve as the main point of contact for Headway candidates through their interview processes, utilizing Greenhouse, Google Calendar, and other recruiting technology (e.g. CodeSignal, Gem) to enable an optimal candidate experienceÂ
- Support and own Talent team projects related to recruiting operations and process improvement, training, and/or talent brandingÂ
- Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of making the best hiring decisions and reducing biasÂ

- You have at least 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience in-house or at a recruiting agency
